Inflation’s still north of 3% right now and there’s a lot of issues around that. It’s very hard for the Fed to lower rates much more, and there’s a big debate going on about that. With this idea of a 50-year mortgage, if you’re 40, which is the average age of buying a home now, you’re gonna be friggin’ dead before the mortgage is paid off. So you’re never gonna own the house. I don’t like this 50-year idea. You’re gonna pay so much interest to save 200 bucks a month. It’s not a great idea. There
