That is correct. I can see all three of my Foscam cameras via web browser interface but BI shows "No signal" RTSP: 404 stream not found. It was working a day ago.

Jun 5, 2021 · An IP camera will have a user/password and you will have them set up in the BI settings for that camera. If your camera has been reset to default user/password, then you either need to change them in the camera gui to match the settings in BI, or change BI to match the default user/password.

In Blue Iris, you are either using the wrong credentials (username/password) to communicate with the Amcrest camera or specifying the wrong IP address or port for the camera.

Did you change the main password or did you a user? Most of the time you have a admin/admin user, just wanted to know if you added a user or changed the main one. ONVIF has a discovery of services and ports to learn what the camera can support using port 80. You typically will not see video using the discovery of the ONVIF standard.
