we can reboot by turning off power to the indoor furnace, might be a switch by the furnace or find the exact breaker to the furnace not the AC , when you kill the power leave it off for about 5 min. and go to screen and verify there is no display, after 5 min turn back on and it should reboot, it may take another 5 min. to come back up all the way.
