Aug 30, 2022 · Yes, you can still activate T-Mobile SIMs and I don't know of a specific date when TracFone will require you to transition to Verizon (assuming any Verizon coverage exists in your area.) Some people have reported that their Trac TF accounts suddenly went dark, but I think those were isolated cases (foul-ups) and not a company policy.
