Jan 17, 2021 · if i explain my tv setup first. i have a samsung Q9 tv with the one connect box. this paired with samsung Q90R soundbar, i have them connected via hdmi cables. the hdmi cable connects the ARC on my soundbar top the ARC on my TVs one connect box. i then have my set top box and firestick connected to the standard hdmi ports on the one connect box.

Jun 8, 2020 · Hello, I have a Samsung Soundbar Q90R. I have manually updated the firmware on the soundbar itself, but not the satellites or subwoofer yet (because it simply won't initiate). I suspect the Rear Right speaker is defective, but since I don't know what normal behaviour is, I don't have anything else to compare it to.

Though there are like hundreds of people complaining (literally! the Samsung forum, Reddit, AV, and AVS forums are filled with such posts and threads), it is not clear whether Samsung really attempted to fix the issue.

Jun 22, 2019 · I have the Q90R soundbar and Q85R TV. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Samsung they reset everything and still the same. They recommend I take it to a local service centre?! Its less than two weeks old and it worked for the first week and a half. I purchased both from Richer Sounds they recommended I bring the soundbar in to them to test.

Aug 13, 2019 · Two weeks ago, Samsung support finally admitted that there is an issue with the soundbar not turning on automatically with the TV and opened a ticket in Korea. Since this moment I tried everything to escalate my ticket to get either a partially refund or the go to return the TV - without any success.
