May 24, 2022 · I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu LT (4 cylinder) with about 148,000 miles. My "Check Engine" light turned on about 2 weeks ago. I checked it with my Bluetooth Scan Tool and have a P2097 (Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich) code. I cleared the code hoping it was just a fluke, but it turned on again with the same code a few days later.

2013 Malibu with 2.5 liter. Just today I was sitting at a stop light and my engine stalled. Started up with no issue and drove on then again it stalled at the next stop. I have a BlueDriver code reader with me and plugged it into the OBD-2. The P0089 "Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Performance" code was shown.

May 13, 2020 · I took a photo of my 2013 Chevy Malibu LS internal fuse box, just behind it, there is a module encased in black plastic. You can see a couple of the harnesses connected to it at the bottom of the picture. Also looks like the fuse box can swing down, or be taken out (the pins in slots at the bottom, makes me believe this).

Nov 10, 2024 · Having some issues with my wife's 13 LTZ with the 2.5L. Has the auto climate controls (individual temp knobs with fan speed in the middle) Her blower motor is working intermittently. I suspect that the motor is probably fine, but the control module is probably bad.

Nov 11, 2012 · But if you choose, you can just replace the intake actuator for a 10 or 11 code or the exhaust actuator for a 13 or 14 code. There are no aftermarket versions available...just the OEM ACDelco. Either get from a dealer or (probably cheaper) online (though a bit harder to find online than at a dealer).

Jul 15, 2018 · Good day all. Having an issue with my 13 Malibu. 2.5L. Car has been idling rough when in drive at stop lights, ect. But runs fine while moving. And doesn't seem to do it in park as bad. Engine rpm will bounce up and down and engine will shutter and idle poorly. Will do this regardless if the ac is on or not as well.

My problem is that I changed the thermostat and the temperature sensor on the side of the radiator on my 2013 Chevy Malibu LT 2.5L and the temperature gauge is sometimes showing on cold and stays there even after driving the car for 10-15 min or on hot with "engine overheated, idle engine".
