Dec 26, 2023 · once you make your registry you go to your local target and see if they have the gift bags. My local one didn’t but the town over did have them. They are a ton of samples and coupons. There is a barcode you show them and they scan it. When you go to target app and click on your registry scroll to bottom and it will say welcome kit.
