DOLTON, Ill. (WLS) -- The south suburban Dolton Board of Trustees opposed to Mayor Tiffany Henyard have had a legal victory. A judge granted a temporary restraining order, blocking the mayor's recent appointments of a new police chief, village administrator and village attorney.
