A limited liability company called Trump Endeavor 12 LLC, whose principal is listed Donald Trump Jr., is behind the plan, which includes building 1,498 condo units across four 20-floor towers, estimated to house approximately 4,975 residents.

Doral City Council voted in favor of the Trump Org’s plan to develop up to 1,500 luxury condos on the Trump National Doral Miami property.

The Trump Organization has won an approval from local authorities to construct a $3 billion condo project at its Miami resort and golf complex.

The Doral City Council voted unanimously Wednesday night to approve The Trump Organization 's plan to develop 1,498 units across four 20-story towers, 142K SF of luxury retail and restaurant space, and a four-story building with 20 villas.

The plans call for building four 20-story towers on the edge of the resort, which will include nearly 1,500 residential units and new commercial space for restaurants and shops.

The April event will be the first in which the Saudi-financed tournament will occur at a Trump location while Donald J. Trump is president.
