A limited liability company called Trump Endeavor 12 LLC, whose principal is listed Donald Trump Jr., is behind the plan, which includes building 1,498 condo units across four 20-floor towers, estimated to house approximately 4,975 residents.

Doral City Council voted in favor of the Trump Org’s plan to develop up to 1,500 luxury condos on the Trump National Doral Miami property.

Donald Trump will leave Mar-a-Lago and head to Washington next week to be sworn in as president. On his way out of South Florida, his family business scored a long-sought local victory.
