The Beatles won Best Rock Performance at the 2024 Grammys for "Now and Then," a song completed with AI technology that isolated John Lennon's vocals.

The Beatles’ song “Now and Then,” which was finished and released last year by the band’s living members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, won a best rock performance Grammy on Sunday, marking the first time the Fab Four were recognized by the Recording Academy since 1997. The win comes 55 years after The Beatles broke up in 1970.

The song was the first of its kind AI-assisted song to ever win a Grammy award. The Beatles song "Now and Then" was released in November 2023, but was just now eligible within the Grammy voting window.
