Red Wings’ Stadium Series uniform combines auto industry, hockey culture
The Detroit Red Wings’ uniform for the March 1 Stadium Series game against the Columbus Blue Jackets at Ohio Stadium celebrates the automotive industry and the city’s hockey culture. The NHL and sports apparel company Fanatics, who worked closely with the Blue Jackets and Red Wings in designing the jerseys, released both looks on Thursday. This outdoor game, the 43rd staged by the NHL, will be the first for Columbus and the fifth for Detroit.
The Bruins are set to take part in their sixth outdoor game in 2026, with Boston taking on the Lightning in Tampa.
