We are living in the age of reboots and, I confess, I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, there are solid revivals that not only cater to nostalgia, but also introduce fresh concepts while challenging viewers to reconsider their views of the past (like Cobra Kai).

Sarah Michelle Gellar is always wonderful, even when the series around her isn’t. Buffy the Vampire Slayer had high highs and low lows, but her performance was always tremendous, equal parts emotional and hilarious.
