The Montgomery County DA is expected to announce a third arrest in a fatal wrong-house home invasion in Lower Merion.

Eight people were arrested when authorities busted a gun trafficking organization in Pennsylvania. The heads of the organization – Charles Fulforth, 41, of Jenkintown; Kelvin Roberts, 42, of Philadelphia;

Police uncovered a gun trafficking ring after making a third arrest in connection with a fatal home invasion in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania.

Another man has been charged with murder and conspiracy in last month’s deadly home invasion in Lower Merion. According to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, it was all part of a larger gun trafficking ring.

Another person is under arrest in connection with a home invasion and shooting that left a man dead and his mother critically injured in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania. Authorities said the investigation into the homicide also led them to uncover a gun trafficking ring and the arrest of several others involved.

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said Jeremy Fuentes, Charles Fulforth and Kelvin Roberts operated an illegal gun trafficking ring.
