The third suspect in the deadly shooting outside a Sanford Best Buy last month was arrested on Saturday, according to a news release.

James Nelson, the third and final suspect in the Sanford homicide on Jan. 9, was arrested Saturday, according to Sanford Police.

The Sanford Police Department announced on Thursday that two arrests have been made and there is an active arrest warrant for another suspect relating to a December homicide.
