An Uber driver took advantage of a woman customer — forcing her to touch and perform a sexual act on him — on the side of the Dolphin Expressway late Sunday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The driver was identified Monday as 35-year-old Yaroslandys Elozegui Romero, according to an arrest report.

An Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting a female passenger appeared in bond court Monday after his arrest over the weekend, authorities said.

Per the arrest form, Romero pulled over onto the shoulder of SR 826, just east of LeJune Road, removed his pants and exposed himself to the victim before forcing her to touch him and perform oral sex, after which he cleaned himself off with a towel and took her to the drop-off location.

An Uber driver is accused of groping a female passenger and following her up to her home, where police say he tried to hug and kiss her. He has since been charged with indecent assault and harassment.

Officials say Robert Corcoran made lewd comments toward the victim and touched her without consent. Officials say he then followed the victim after arriving at her home, attempted to kiss her, then hugged her as she ran into the residence.

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office has charged a West Chester Uber drive with inappropriately touching a female passenger.
