Winter weather advisories are in place for much of Michigan to start the week, the National Weather Service said.
A band across northern Michigan will see up to 7 inches of snow Monday, while the rest of the state gets nothing.
The Upper Peninsula will get the brunt of a clipper system sweeping across Michigan. It is expected to make a swift exit on Thursday.
