In a highly volatile session, the Indian equity indices ended with little change on November 11. At close, the Sensex was up 9.83 points or 0.01 percent at 79,496.15, and the Nifty was down 6.90 points or 0.03 percent at 24,141.30.

Tech Mahindra, Infosys, HCL Tech, Titan, and Sun Pharma were among the top gainers on the BSE Sensex, while ICICI Bank, Reliance Industries, Maruti Suzuki, NTPC and Tata Motors were the major losers

Bank stocks HDFC Bank and State Bank of India contributed most to the Sensex fall. NTPC, Tata Motors and Bajaj Finance also contributed to the decline.

In today's trading session on the Nifty 50, Trent emerged as the top gainer, advancing by 1.47%, followed by HCL Technologies which rose 0.94%. IT major Infosys showed positive momentum with a gain of 0.
