A jewelry store at a Sacramento mall had thousands of dollars worth of merchandise stolen over the weekend, police say.

A store at the Arden Fair Mall lost thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, the Sacramento Police Department said.

Thousands of dollars worth of jewelry was stolen from a business inside the Arden Fair Mall on Sunday night, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Around 8:15 p.m. SPD responded to a business in the 1600 block of Arden Way for reports of a grand theft.
