Tropical Storm Helene developed into a hurricane this morning and is expected to make landfall tomorrow in the Florida panhandle as a category 3 storm.

Helene is strengthening as it moves toward the U.S. Gulf Coast. It is expected to become a hurricane today and will hit Florida's Big Bend Thursday.
