The Philadelphia Eagles announced on Tuesday morning they will release cornerback James Bradberry as a post-June 1 cap casualty. The move comes a day after cornerback Darius Slay was also informed he would not be retained,

The Eagles are also releasing Slay's cornerback partner in Bradberry, the NFL Network reported Tuesday. Bradberry, an All Pro opposite Slay in 2022, regressed in 2023. He spent last summer learning how to play safety before going on injured reserve with a lower leg injury. He stayed on IR for the entire season.
