The United States Border Patrol arrested a man who was allegedly attempting to smuggle migrants. According to a news release from the U.S. Border Patrol, at approximately 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24, agents attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a black Fiat near McColl Road in Hidalgo.
