Saint Louis University on Wednesday released a statement regarding the fan altercation that delayed the Billikens' men's basketball game against VCU on Tuesday night at Chaifetz Arena.

Several fans were involved in the altercation behind the Rams' bench in the final minutes of the Billikens' victory

A large brawl which appeared to involve at least a dozen fans broke out at a men’s college basketball game between Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and Saint Louis University (SLU) on Tuesday, causing the game to be halted for a number of minutes.
