Nebraska football has picked up some offensive line help from the transfer portal. Alabama offensive tackle Elijah Pritchett has committed to the Huskers. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining.

After a breakout season in which he was the program’s starting right tackle, Alabama Crimson Tide offensive lineman Elijah Pritchett is set to enter the NCAA transfer portal according to reports Saturday night.

Alabama football linebacker Sterling Dixon will enter the transfer portal, according to multiple reports. Dixon is a former four-star prospect from Spanish Fort. Dixon saw time in three games: Western Kentucky, Missouri and Mercer. Dixon was used on special teams and on defense. Dixon had one tackle in 2024.

Nebraska landed a commitment from former Alabama offensive tackle Elijah Pritchett on Wednesday, according to multiple reports. The addition of the former five-star prospect helps fill the most pressing remaining need for Matt Rhule’s team in this transfer portal season.

Pritchett started 12 games for Alabama in 2024, primarily at the right tackle spot. Pritchett dealt with his share of struggles throughout the season. According to Pro Football Focus, he allowed 31 pressures for Alabama in 2024.
