Mike Wald and Jason Spivak have been named co-presidents of distribution and networks, where they’ll be in charge of Sony Pictures TV’s combined television and home entertainment distribution unit. They’ll report to SPT chairman Keith Le Goy, who headed distribution before moving into the top job in January.

Sony Pictures Television has upped Mike Wald and Jason Spivak to co-presidents of distribution and networks. Together, Wald and Spivak will take over the role previously held by Keith Le Goy, who was promoted to Sony Pictures Television chairman in January. In their new positions, they will continue to report to Le Goy.

Wald and Spivak will succeed Keith Le Goy, who served as chairman of worldwide distribution and networks before being elevated to chairman of Sony Pictures Television in late January. The pair will continue to report to Le Goy.
