At one point, fights broke out and a shirtless man was caught on video using a belt as a whip against the crowd. Another man eventually tackled him from behind, and the crowd moved in to surround him.

In a video posted to Twitter by Chapman, people can be seen throwing punches. A shirtless man then begins using his belt as a whip to fend off attackers before eventually being tackled and subdued.
