Sembcorp and Jinko Power secured the construction contract in early 2023. Alongside the Manah I project, awarded to Korean Western Power Co., it will deliver 1 GW of combined solar capacity .

The capacity will consist of 75 MW of solar from Sembcorp’s renewable energy portfolio and 30 MW from its broader portfolio. The deals are Equinix’s first renewable energy PPAs in Singapore.
