A René Magritte painting depicting an eerily lit streetscape has smashed the auction record for the Surrealist artist’s work.

He is much sought after by big brands, and his involvement with American company Urban Outfitters has led to KEF! producing large paintings for stores in Berlin, London, Hong Kong and Stuttgart. KEF!
