A new trailer for Persona 3 Reload focuses on Igor and Elizabeth, who are the mysterious residents of the Velvet Room. Bin Shimada will now be the new voice actor for Igor as of Persona 3 remake.

This is done in the Velvet Room by talking to Igor. Persona 3 Fusion can be done in the Velvet Room via Igor. This game mechanic unlocks pretty early in the game and is a part of the main quest line.
