: Police said they have arrested Khaleel Latwain Rodgers, Jr., 28, after turning himself in Sunday evening following a shooting.

DANVILLE, Va. – UPDATE: Danville Police announced Sunday evening that Khaleel Rodgers was in custody at the Danville City Jail after turning himself into authorities. He faces charges of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and reckless handling of a firearm.

Officers were dispatched to Ten 10 at 2:39 a.m. where they found 33-year-old Damion Quayshaud Reed suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead after being transported from the scene.

The Danville Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a suspect in a shooting that killed one person and injured two others early Saturday.
