UK-based business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of a hotel in West Sussex at an undisclosed price.

IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) and Crimson Hotels are opening the Crowne Plaza Gatwick-Crawley, further strengthening IHG’s portfolio of hotels at Gatwick Airport when it opens in October 2007.
