A Roseville man was charged Thursday with lying to police investigating the disappearance of a Warren mother of two, officials said. DeAndre Howard Booker, 32, was arraigned through 39th District Court in Roseville on a charge of lying to police officers, Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido said in a statement.
