Veterans in Niles are honored with a Quilt of Valor
Thursday in Niles four veterans were honored with a Quilt of Valor. The quilts are specially made by one person and it’s a way of showing appreciation for soldiers’ service and sacrifice in serving our nation. The Quilts of Valor Foundation started in 2003 by Catherine Roberts who was a military mom at the time.
