The Metro Nashville Police Department identified the 17-year-old shooter who killed one and injured another at Antioch High School on Wednesday morning before taking his own life as Solomon Henderson.

Two people were shot and the shooter turned the gun on himself at Nashville's Antioch High School, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. Condition of all three people shot was not immediately known,

Two students were shot by another student before turning a gun on himself at Nashville ’s Antioch High School on Wednesday, according to police. Police were called to the school at 11 a.m. ET, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. The suspected shooter is “no longer a threat,” police said.
