Hamilton Heights High School mourns the loss of Principal Jarrod Mason due to a hospital-acquired staph infection.

It is with a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Hamilton Heights’ beloved high school principal, Jarrod Mason. As a Husky community, we are all deeply saddened by this sudden loss. Jarrod, who was the longest serving principal in Hamilton Heights history, was a graduate of Hamilton Heights, an athlete, coach, and administrator.

Superintendent Dr. Derek Arrowood said in a letter to families that Hamilton Heights High School Principal Jarrod Mason died early Tuesday.
