The Steward School is a co-ed, independent, college prep school for students in elementary, middle, and high school. We are located in the West End of Richmond, VA. Steward's mission is to prepare our students for college and for life in a community defined by robust academics, inspiration, engagement, and care. Our average class size is among the smallest in the city: 12 students. The 66 students in our class of 2024 earned more than $8 million dollars in merit scholarships to college. We offer merit grants and scholarships for Upper School students and a Variable Tuition program school wide, making Steward more possible than you might think.
