Handia is a town, near the city of Prayagraj and a nagar panchayat in the Prayagraj district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Handia was said to be named after Hidimba. The Indian epic poem, Mahabharat's Lakshagraha, is set at the bank of river Ganga in Handia.
