The gardens were on, but not great. I thought the roses looks a bit past it and needed pruning. I’ve seen better gardens and surprised it is rated so highly.Full review by HelenR793

The rose garden is open year round but of course it is outdoors so the Roses are not blooming. It is a beautiful place anyway and worth seeing at anytime. Wear warm clothes and go for it.
