Welcome to St. James’s Park, the oldest Royal Park. Explore the beautiful St. James’s Park, home to a stunning array of wildlife, including the famous pelicans and avenues of trees stretching the length of The Mall and Birdcage Walk. Nestled amidst three historic palaces, St. James’s Park is also integral to royal ceremonies. Its iconic views include No. 10 Downing Street, the majestic Houses of Parliament, and the regal Buckingham Palace. Our light, airy café is in the heart of the park, with great views over St James's Lake. With hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and salads, cakes and ice cream to enjoy on the terrace or takeaway in the park.

I would say pretty much anywhere in the park. You will need to take a blanket or something to sit on, as I don't remember there being any picnic tables. Enjoy
