Is this an actual farm as well as amusement place? Or do the animals stay here?

It is a working farm with attractions. The farmer is often around to talk to visitors and the staff are really animal knowledgeable. I hope that answers your question. Enjoy if you go there.

When we went there were several adults in wheelchairs using the facilities. From an ambulatory perspective I would think about 75% of the site would be accessible. Adults should enjoy it but not necessarily all the kids rides. If going in term time it should be easier to interact with the animals as less crowded and staff should be able to assist (they were when we went).
