Great place, underpipulated by the crowds, yet SO CLOSE to the falls!! Walking trails, BBQ pits....just a great leisurely stroll through nature. TONS of birds even saw a beaver!Full review by Stacy G

Are the paths paved for people with walkers & strollers? Can you recommend any other accessible parks nearby? Its hard to take a rollator on gravel/rock paths & the wheels get ruined. I have never been to this area other than the flower clock tower & the falls area before.

There are no attractions here, but it's lovely to walk across the bridges around the lakes and islands to explore and relax. There are ducks and geese to feed and plenty of places to have a picnic. Allow about an hour to walk around, or longer if you plan to take a picnic. Parking is free and the islands can also be reached by the WeGo buses.
Hi, i have not been in almost ten years. have they removed the ability to swim in the water within the islands? it used to allow families to swim with a no trip access point. TIA
