Beautiful memorial monument. The surrounding area is quiet with benches for a relaxing pause. There are nearby areas to get a snack. Worth a visit.Full review by Connie P

Reaching the Löwendenkmal (Lion Monument) From the waterfront, head up the Alpenstrasse or the Löwenstrasse to the Löwenplatz. On the uphill side of the square, follow the Denkmalstrasse another block or so to the monument. I hope to see this monument this summer. You can also try Google maps for directions.

The memorial is outside in a public garden so it is open throughout, and free.
