I walked up thru the Bernardine gardens but it was a slog climbing all the wooden steps. Walked down bringing us out at the Neris river above the bridge and the Old Arsenal. This I think would be a better way to walk up as also mainly tarmacked road/pathway. Quite frankly I didn't think the Crosses were worth the effort.
